Counselling, Therapy and Supervision Services
Personal therapy:
I work with adults from many backgrounds and with a range of issues including the following: eating disorders, relationship problems, work place problems, work/life balance, bereavement and loss, depression or low mood, anxiety, low self esteem, self-harm, stress, trauma. I also offer therapy for in-training practitioners of psychology, psychotherapy or counselling.
Supervision:
I am on the British Psychological Society's Register of Applied Psychology Practice Supervisors (RAPPS). I provide supervision and consultancy to psychologists, psychotherapists and counsellors who may be either in-training or experienced practitioners. You may work independently or within an organization such as the NHS and I am able to invoice your employer where agreement has been established.

• Self referrals
• GP referrals
• Private Health Insurance. I am registered with BUPA and Aviva but can be approached by those with insurance from other providers.
• Employee Assistance Programmes. Your employer may provide you with access to therapy through one of these providers and I am registered with a number of these.
• Case management companies (for example following a vehicle accident that has resulted in psychological difficulties)
Times
• I can offer you appointments between Monday and Thursday by arrangement.
• Sessions last for fifty minutes and we will discuss the possible number of sessions during our initial meeting.
Charges:
- £80 per session for self funding clients and supervisees
- by agreement for all other referrals
Cancellation policy:
Please note that if you need to cancel an appointment, twenty-four hours notice is required. I will do my best to find an alternative suitable session time for you. If you are unable to give the required notice, sessions will be charged.
